Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs yellow potatoes may substitute Russet or red
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉.
  • Wash and scrub potatoes; slice into rounds with ¼ inch thickness.
  • Transfer potatoes to mixing bowl; drizzle with olive oil and mix.
  • Mix seasonings together, then sprinkle over potatoes; stir.
  • Place potato slices on prepared pan (do not overlap).
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping about halfway through until golden brown and slightly crisp. Serve warm.

Notes

Once cool, store Seasoned Oven Roasted Potatoes in an airtight container. Refrigerate and enjoy within 5 days.
To reheat, place potatoes on greased cookie sheet and bake in an oven or toaster oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Do not microwave leftovers or the potatoes will get soggy.
