Ingredients

  • 8 cups rice squares cereal divided
  • 12 oz white candy melts divided
  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry flavored gelatin
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 oz freeze dried strawberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate or vanilla flavored baking chips

Instructions

  • Divide rice cereal into 2 large mixing bowls by placing 4 cups into each. Then set one bowl aside.
  • Microwave half of the white candy melts (6 oz.) at 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Pour melted candy into one of the rice squares bowls. Gently stir to coat, then transfer mixture to cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Separate coated squares on sheet so they don't stick together; set aside and allow to dry.
  • Pour dry gelatin and powdered sugar into a large zippered bag; zip and shake to mix.
  • Microwave the remaining half of the white candy melts (6 oz.) at 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Pour melted candy into the second rice squares bowl. Gently stir to coat, then transfer mixture to zippered bag.
  • Seal and shake bag until cereal is thoroughly coated; transfer cereal to second cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Wait 15 minutes before assembling mix (this allows time for cereal to set); then add white and pink coated cereal, pretzels, strawberries, and white baking chips to serving bowl; gently stir to mix and enjoy!
