Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ cup water add 1 tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • dash Aleppo pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk the tahini, lemon juice, honey, and garlic.
  • Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, followed by a dash of Aleppo pepper.

Notes

For the best consistency, skip the blender or food processor and stick to a bowl and whisk. Manual mixing allows you to better control the thickness, ensuring it doesn't over-thicken or become too airy.
Store tahini dressing in an airtight container or sealed mason jar for up to 1 week. Keep refrigerated. If the sauce thickens too much while chilled, simply whisk in a splash of warm water or lemon juice to restore its creamy consistency.
