Ingredients

  • 1&½ cups pink candy melts I use Wilton brand, found in most stores
  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt I like Chobani
  • 1&½ cups fresh strawberries washed, hulled, and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips optional topping

Instructions

  • Melt candy wafers in the microwave according to package directions (50% power in 30 second intervals) until almost smooth; stir to remove any remaining clumps.
  • Immediately place 1 tablespoon of melted mixture into each mini muffin cup.
  • To a medium mixing bowl, add the yogurt, diced strawberries, and honey; whisk until incorporated.
  • Top each candy cup with yogurt mixture; fill to edges. Optional to then sprinkle 1 tsp. mini chocolate chips on top of each.
  • Freeze muffin pan, uncovered, for a minimum of 2 hours or until set.
  • Once set, remove from freezer and allow pan to rest on countertop for 10 minutes before popping out the yogurt treats. Transfer to freezer safe packaging and store in freezer for up to 2 weeks.*

Notes

*To avoid "brain freeze" and a rock-hard candy base, try moving a few bites to the fridge about 2–3 hours before you plan to snack. This softens them just enough to give you a perfect, creamy consistency without being too frosty! Just remember to only thaw what you need, as refreezing can mess with the yogurt’s texture.
