Ingredients
1cupsmooth peanut butterI use Jif
2sticks(1 c) salted butter I like sweet cream salted butter for fudge recipes
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
¼teaspoonsaltI prefer sea salt because it's less granular than table salt
4cupssifted confectioner's sugarlightly spoon into measuring cup and level after the sugar has been sifted

Instructions
Melt the peanut butter and butter in a large microwave safe bowl until smooth; stir.
Add vanilla and salt; mix.
Pour in sifted confectioner's sugar; mix until thoroughly blended.
Spread mixture into prepared pan; spread to edges and smooth the top with a spreading spatula.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for 4 hours; slice into 64 squares.
Notes
Lining your pan with foil or parchment paper makes for much easier removal once the fudge is set. Use the paper or foil to lift the fudge out of the pan before slicing.This fudge recipe should be stored in an airtight container; keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
