Ingredients for Pepperoni Crescent Rolls
For a full list of ingredients and measurements, see the printable recipe card below
- Refrigerated brand name crescent dough- I recently tried Pilsbury’s reduced fat for these and the pizza rolls came out great…we didn’t miss the extra fat and calories!
- Pizza sauce- I typically use pizzeria style pizza sauce for this recipe because it’s a little thicker and more flavorful
- Pizza seasoning- my fav is McCormick’s Get a Pizza This! You can make this recipe without it, but it does add additional flavors that take these pizza roll ups to the next level.
- Pepperoni slices- I often use turkey pepperoni to save on fat and calories
- String cheese- Use your favorite mozzarella brand, or take things up a notch with pepper jack string cheese!
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese- provides a little saltiness and crunch on top
